About Me

When I told one of my coaches way back when that I was studying to be a trainer, he gave me a piece of invaluable advise. He said, don't show your clients what you can do - show them what you can do for them.

I've had many coaches over the years, having been a competitive gymnast, collegiate diver, and powerlifter, as well as a devoted martial artist for half of my life. Having these trainers and mentors on my side made all the difference in the world during those dark and miserable moments when I all I wanted to do was quit and walk away.

Having someone knowledgable in your court is a very powerful tool for success, and a tremendous advantage for seeing through your goals, even when it feels impossible.

With extensive knowledge and study in anatomy and exercise science, I provide safe, hand tailored programs for every client, adjusting for even your day to day needs in order to provide just the right amount of challenge.

This can mean so many things for different people, and my background in orthopedic exercise, as well as utilizing behavior change models from health coaching, helps me provide you with the best possible experience and motivation.

My studio is quiet, peaceful, and private. I don't like to be yelled at, so I never yell. I don't believe in wrong answers and take a light hearted, softer approach to getting things done - so much so that you might not even realize how hard you've worked until the next day.

If you're ready to find out what I can do for you, reach out today and let's get you going!
