You don't have to change who you are to live your most empowered life

In the 15+ years I've been involved with the fitness industry I've seen it all: fad after fad, unnecessarily complicated workout equipment, influencers flouting the only work out you will ever need to finally become a new, better you, and I hate it.

Zeroing in on what actually improves the quality of my client's lives (and my own), I specialize in corrective orthopedic exercise blended with my background in martial arts, yoga and strength training to support the life you already live, and want to keep living, pain and injury free.

With a highly â€‹personalized approach to exercise programming, I offer empowering sessions for my clients by striking a balance between their individual needs and goals. While some need more mobility and stability, some need more strength, and others more stress management and meditation. Everyone who walks through my door gets what THEY need that day; I don't offer one size fits all solutions or unsolicited opinions on what I think someone should think or want.

Speaking of one size fits all solutions, I don't believe that one single exercise program, therapy, or treatment can solve every issue. What I offer my clients is part of a bigger picture. When it comes to injury prevention, pain management, and rehabilitation, I take a collaborative approach with a client's team, from orthopedists and physical therapists to acupuncturists, massage therapists and more.

I have a referral network of vetted and trauma informed professionals representing a wide cross section of disciplines to offer clients. By working together at appropriate times we have a clearer picture from all angles and can provide a more cohesive plan for our clients.

With private locations in central Beacon, NY, I provide 1-on-1 sessions in person and via video, small specialized group classes, and custom programming through my app for experienced clients that want to workout on their own with the benefit of professional programming.

While having appointments provides accountability and motivation, I like to keep my spaces as welcoming, warm, and calm as possible. I don't like to be yelled at, and I don't yell. Clients tell me regularly that the environment immediately puts them at ease and ready to tackle the workout without any added stress.
