Onsite 1-on-1 training sessions that combine functional fitness, strength building, mobility and metabolic conditioning. This process is highly customized and is designed specifically for each individuals needs and goals. New packages begin with an online intake to cover goals, experience levels, health history and concerns. Clients choose from training once, twice, or three times per week with a 3 month initial commitment. Returning clients in good standing have the option to continue with three month packages or to discuss other options.


Health coaching packages being with an online intake and follow up email to clarify any questions, weekly 45 minute sessions either onsite, over the phone or by video call based on preference and need with a 3 month initial commitment. Clients have unlimited emails to me, with a follow up response once per week. When appropriate and desired, sessions may include physical activity. 


A cost effective option for people with proven fitness experience and access to ample equipment, remote training is a three month package that includes programming accessible through a phone app, unlimited contact with me through the app with a follow up response once per week. Additional 30 minute phone or video call sessions are available as an a la cart add on.


This service includes an intake of your goals, 30 minute follow up call, onsite evaluation of your space and budget, and a proposal for equipment purchases and layout. Additional fees may apply for distances outside of Beacon, NY, and additional service may be added as needed with an hourly fee.
