Service Description

Whether managing and reducing back pain, reducing the effects of abdominal separation from pregnancy or injury, or building up the essential core system, this class is appropriate for all levels and modifiable as needed. Located in the KuBe Art Center, parking and entrance is on Kent Street, please arrive at the middle door 5 minutes early. As this is a secure building late arrivals will not be able to be admitted.
