Which is right for you?
I offer both 30 minute and 60 minute one-on-one sessions that can be done in person in my private studio in Beacon, NY, or by video anywhere in the world.
Additionally, I offer app programming for people with prior experience that want the flexibility of working out on their own but also the accountability and programming that comes with professional coaching.

The first step is either a new client inquiry call where we can spend time discussing goals, experience, and any questions or concerns you may have, or if you're ready to jump in, you can book a new client intake session which includes a gentle workout to determine the next steps and is typically when we determine which length session is appropriate for you.
